The Truth of the Face

Did you know that all emotions that you feel not only have a direct effect on your behaviour and body language, but also cause different muscle glitches in your face. These muscle movements happen at a fifth of a second and happen unconsciously. They are called Micro Expressions.
We have over forty muscles in our face and a glitch from each one of them reveals a specific emotion.
Now, you may be thinking that facial expressions are seen everywhere, when people cry or laugh, smile or frown, but i am not talking about expressive facial expressions. There is a HUGE distinction between emotions that we consciously reveal and emotions that we try hard to hide, like guilt.
Below are a series of pictures that show different micro muscle reactors that occur in your face when you experience specific emotions, but remember these pictures are frozen, and that in reality, these muscle movements only last for a fifth of a second, so most of the time, we fail to notice them on other people.
Many scientific and social experts can observe and study these signs to help with lie detection as well, as your face is an open book that reveals all subconscious and concealed emotion of happiness, anger, guilt, frustration or genuine surprise.
